- A coach does not teach or tell you how to do things or the right thing to do. Instead, he or she asks questions that help you find answers. This is because of what is seen above.
- This is why coaching as a method is not suitable for everyone, but only for people who are willing to take responsibility for their lives, results and personal growth.
💡 In the role of a coach, I am responsible for a quality model of work and for the questions that will help the client to come to transformation. However, the responsibility for the outcome lies entirely with the client.
